Therapy resource
Grounding and nervous system practices for the moments when you feel far away, wound up, or shut down.
These are body-based ways to signal safety to your nervous system. None of them ask you to imagine or picture anything — they work through the senses, movement, and breath, which is often more reliable when the mind feels foggy or flooded. Tap any practice to be gently led through it, or open “show all steps” to read it at your own pace. There's no right one; notice which your body seems to want, and let the rest go.
If none of these land today, that's information, not failure — some days the body wants a different door. And if you notice that certain practices consistently make things worse rather than better, that's worth bringing to session, gently and with curiosity.
Warmly, Jessica
